New owners are slumlords
4 stars...? from 2 reviews saying it’s an AWFUL place? How does that work?
-No onsite manager.
-One person to do all repairs, and they don’t speak English.
-They cut down all of the trees, which were the only source of beauty—NO shade, no grill area.
-The dock is only for those who rent dock space. -The pool is tiny.
-Washing machines—old and inefficient.
-Non-smokers stay away—cigarette butts all over the place.
-Old windows from allow insects to come in (doors are warped and allow... insects too).
-Old wall a/c units don’t cool the apts well, and the humidity is so high that many of the apts have mold.
-Appliances are really old, rusted.
-Limited parking floods in rainy season.
-Swarming termites summer time.
-Like another poster suggested, look across the street at Modera House, for a modern, clean building with up-to-date everything, including covered parking.
Do NOT be fooled by anything written on their site; it is inaccurate. Come and see for yourself.
If you don’t mind a poorly-run building, come on over. I recommend you save yourself the trouble.
It is a potential gem...in the trash.

Don’t move here !!!!
The apartment was nice as I moved in (price wise). As the months went by things went left. First, I came home one night got into my bed at the time my (blowup bed) that was in the living room, I showered and got in bed like normal to realize my whole bed was WET; DRENCHED! as I looked up there was a leak in my ceiling! I informed management; and the maintenance guy, they did nothing! I called the inspection department and they’re now forcing them to fix it, two months later nothing has been done... , they told me the roofers came out to fix one part, but told the inspectors that the roofers didn’t come out at all due to the rain. Next issue I wake up like normal get ready for work as I head out I see a BIG crack going across my ceiling .. how that got there ? I don’t know .. a month later it’s still not fixed. I will be getting it fixed tomorrow (July 6,2020)after I complained for two months. These apartments are in poor condition if you want something nice and properly managers that care for their tenants then don’t move there. The washing machines are often broke and your money taken, they do nothing about it. Save your money and time, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Slowly destroying Spring Gardens best kept secret
They have now successfully stripped this little oasis of all its character and the only thing making living here bearable. They cut and tore down ALL trees and greenery in the apartment complex. It is really sad to see. Long story short they took over raised rent prices for the same crappy apartments and raised the laundry fee without replacing old and barely functioning laundry machines. Water drainage is still a problem inside the bathtubs that they have not fixed, other tenants have... complained of similar problems. The wall AC units do not cool the entire apartment and are not good at removing humidity from the air. Often the floor will be wet when I come home if I don’t leave the AC at least at 74. Really not worth it, you should contemplate moving to the apartments across the street. A few 100$ more but many nice amenities that actually work.
