This building has a roach infestation, do not move here. I’ve seen roaches in the building hallways and throughout my apartment despite keeping it spotless. The new management company stated that they don’t offer pest control and it would be my responsibility, meaning they don’t care if the issues continues to spread to other units. The previous management company was aware they moved me into a roach infested apartment and at the very least sent out a pest control company a few times to try to... fix the situation. We lived at 35SW from the time they opened until our recent job transfer. Leasing was very easy and management was always responsive...both things that you will rarely find in Miami. Great secure indoor parking, super gym equipment and the location is amazing. TY.

Super happy with my new apartment. Staff is great and very attentive. Building is brand new and views of city are terrific. Much less crowded and much cheaper than living in Brickell but still close to my work. Glad I made the move! Thank you First and Sixth!!

Love living in this smaller boutique building. They keep the place super clean and are hyper vigilant against COVID . Love not having to wait for elevator like in the huge high rise I used to live in. 5 Stars!!!!

We just moved in and the front office has been nothing but helpful. The layouts range from small to huge, so there are plenty of options to pick from. Pricing is pretty on point, and the location is great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment!
