I have lived in 4 midtown for two years now and I love it. The concierge is extremely helpful and kind. They will go out of their way to help you any way possible. Maintenance keeps the building clean and safe, and management has always helped and done everything on time. As for the apartment itself, it is modern and beautiful but still livable. The views are great whether you're facing wynwood, brickell, or the beach. The area is very safe and booming! From art walk to art Basel, also... everything is a short walk away: design district, wynwood, American Airlines arena.
