This building and its management deserve zero stars. Please think twice before renting and signing a contract with them because it's an extremely dirty place. If a neighbor is aggressive or disturbs the peace with loud music at night or dawn, management doesn't consider it a valid reason to terminate the contract, and they end up trying to charge unjustified fines. Besides all that, the building smells bad all the time, the elevators get locked at any moment, and the prices aren't cheap... considering how bad the building is being kept. Therefore, this is not a decent place to live, much less with a family.

Este edificio y su administración se merecen cero estrellas, por favor pensarlo dos veces antes de rentar y firmar un contrato con ellos porque es un lugar demasiado sucio, si algún vecino agrede o genera molestias con música a alto volumen en las noches o al amanecer, para esa administración no son razones válidas para terminar el contrato y al final quieren cobrar multas injustificadamente, aparte de todo el edificio huele mal todo el tiempo, los ascensores se quedan cerrados en cualquier momento, además los precios no son baratos para que el edificio lo mantengan en tan malas condiciones, por lo cual este no es un lugar digno para vivir y mucho menos en familia.

I just recently moved from out of town, and Jahnisha, along with management, has made my move in process so easy & smooth. The apartments are nice in size and features. Everyone is friendly, and the neighborhood is safe & quiet. Easy access to Downtown Miami and other popular areas as well.

I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! I lived here when it was managed by Alan and I have been one of the few if not the only one who is still living here on site. The Property has done a complete 360, it is clean and welcoming . The Manager is the same as when alan had the building but she has always been a doll always very helpful and cheerful. Looking for a home in the upper east side come be my neighbor you will not be disappointed. Tell Them, Yessenia Sent you.

I am very pleased with the service of the employees here at Biscayne Shores. All are very friendly and sufficient. The property manager Jenny is very helpful when it comes to any issues in my apartment. I love that Jahnisha, the receptionist, is very welcoming and friendly when I walk into the office. All around, I am grateful to be living in Biscayne Shores.
