So far, our experience at Metro Edgewater has been wonderful. We love the size of the building, the aesthetic, and the friendly community. There’s always ample parking, and the garage spaces are spacious enough that we never worry about our car being dinged. We also love the neighborhood and all the nearby amenities.

Great experience
I’ve been living at The Metro Edgewater for over a year now and honestly couldn’t be happier. The apartment is gorgeous, the pool is always perfect, and it’s just such a peaceful place to come home to.
I recently had to transfer to a new unit, and the leasing team made it super easy. Kelsey has been especially amazing. She’s been helpful every step of the way, always quick to answer questions and really went out of her way to make the process smooth. I’ve had a great experience here and would... absolutely recommend it.

Completely unique building nestled in Edgewater. It is a hidden gem. Priced right, luxurious amenities, beautiful units, building-wide wifi for free! Have loved my time here
