Best place to live for FIU!
I've lived here for almost 2 years and it's great! It's super close to campus and the property is so beautiful. I'll definitely be staying until I graduate!

Terrible WiFi.
Great amenities and common areas, but absolutely terrible WiFi. Supposed to be for students, but i kid you not, I’ve lived here for an entire year and the WiFi has NOT been fixed fully. It still turns off randomly, and is never reliable for what is supposed to be a student apartment. Data doesn’t work either with the poor connection inside of the rooms. Definitely don’t recommend at all.

Great place to live at
I've been at lapis for a while now, almost 2 years, and it has overall been a great experience. The office is helpful, and Valentina helped me go over my renewal and the rates. If u wanna have the best student housing experience come to Lapis, the pool/6th floor looks like its a set from a movie, and there's free coffee.
