I have called and been to the office a few times to ask about living there. Really nice staff, and it was awesome to have it be people my age. Valentina was really helpful in explaining the amenities and floor plans with me along with pricing. I am considering it. The pool is awesome btw

Valentina at Lapis is AMAZING
Great student housing, the best from all aspects in my opinion. Valentina in particular at the leasing office is super efficient, made everything clear, and will walk you through the whole process with amazing patience and care!

Amazing place and group!

Looking forward to living here
I am new to the Miami and FIU community, and while looking for a place to live this school year, Lapis pulled ahead of the other spots, thanks in large part to how helpful Vale was! Amazing staff!
