Gio is a great place to live. It is so easy to walk everywhere. The gym and pool are awesome with free cabanas for your outdoor needs. I can't recommend Gio enough.

Great! Love living here. It’s a comfortable building in a great location although sometimes the elevators have problems and it gets a bit crazy.

Great staff, fun community activities, loved the cinco de mayo cocktail kits. Would love to have something for the kitties too. Sad I missed the poolside bowls but another thing like that would be amazing

Such a friendly environment, smooth move-in process and the best amenities! Can seriously stay here all day and have so much to do. Nice area as well and friendly neighbors.

The staff is better than any condo you will find and they maintain the building quite well. Residents are professionals and supportive of one another
