So far so good. Few issues with apartment itself though before my move in and my individual unit had some issues. Other than that I have been enjoying it

It’s been pretty good. Other than the terrible construction that ruined years of my life in my prior apartment. I moved into different side of the building. And it’d been good. The sauna is not cleaned in any way properly to attain proper cleaning levels and mitigate mold. I’ve gotten sick from it several times. Upper management needs to do something about this, as it’s a very important issue and has to do with GIO residents health

Staff is great. Only 1/3 grills work right now. Charging EVs used to be free, now after over 6 months without charging, the communication is about signing up for an app to charge (which won’t work in a parking garage without cell service) and is also more expensive than nearby chargers, while still saying EV charging is an “amenity” as recently as this well. I paid an amenity fee, I don’t consider the highest priced EV charging in town to be an “amentity”.

Experience here so far has been great.

Really love how the area is extremely walkable to most things you'd need like bars, grocery stores, and department stores.

The amenity deck is kept pretty clean and in usable condition all the time, but i wish the gym would see some more upkeep with some of the equipment.

Concierge and leasing office have so far been very pleasant to work with.

The unit itself was immaculate upon move-in and I love the direction and view that I have.

The management team, concierge and maintenance are all top notch, skilled, professionals. They always follow through with a smile on their face.
