I love living at Gio. The amenities are great and the people who work here are always so nice. The actual apartments are super nice to and well maintented.

The parking garage is a mess. Seems that many of the electric car charging stations are not operational so now the electric car owners are parking in regular spots and plugging into the wall. Wondering if the building can let us know which of the E parking spots are broken so regular cars can park in them!
Considering the slow nature of the buildings elevators… The service elevator is often locked for a move or other service, and then the desk forgets to unlock it… very inconvenient considering... .

amazing place and fast responses from staff and maintenance (if absolutely needed). Definitely plan on staying here for a long time and love the neighborhood and how clean it stays

Love living here! From the amenities to the apartment itself, everything is beautiful, of quality, and well taken care of. All the people who work here are super nice, too. Highly recommend.

Yaya and Erusta (sorry if I spelled either wrong!) at the front desk are the BEST!!! They are so friendly and warm and welcoming. It makes living here really feel like home.
