Moving to Gio Midtown has been so worth it! The leasing office made the process so easy. They have been available to work out any kinks along the way. The apartment was diligently cleaned & any faults were promptly addressed. The apartment amenities make us feel like we're living in a resort. The facility is well-maintained and very safe. The Trader Joe's downstairs is a lifesaver. Also being walking distance to Target, Home Goods, Nordstrom Rack etc. definitely comes in handy. Looking forward... to our time living at Gio!!!

Gio is a great place to live. It is so easy to walk everywhere. The gym and pool are awesome with free cabanas for your outdoor needs. I can't recommend Gio enough.
