This building is not what it is advertised to be! We toured this apartment and the leasing agents were very friendly and really sold us on the building being newly constructed, the amenities, and a move-in special of 2 months free. But living in this building has been an absolute nightmare!! Management never answers, maintenance takes forever to come fix anything, dog poop and pee everywhere, the building smells like weed 24/7, and on top of all of this our apartment has flooded THREE times and... has not been fixed! Do not rent here! You will regret it!

Excellent Service
- The place was comfortable, clean, and very friendly. We were incredibly happy with our stay. - When we came to visit the AC was having issues. The maintenance supervisor was very welcoming and accommodating. He showed up and fixed the issue immediately, he also took time to make sure we were satisfied with the service. - Amazing place to visit or to stay in. Would recommend it in a heartbeat.
