After more than four years residing in the building and witnessing firsthand the continuous improvements in quality of life, I can highlight several of them: 1. Customer Service The management and maintenance team at 850 Living is not only effective but also highly efficient. Their courteous and professional approach, combined with prompt response to requests, provides great peace of mind, knowing you are always in good hands. 2. Location Despite the... construction at the corner of the building, the flow of vehicles entering and exiting remains smooth. In addition, the proximity to major avenues and highways is a significant advantage in terms of connectivity and everyday convenience. 3. Apartment Size and Layout Over these years, I have lived in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split unit, and I can confidently say that its spaciousness (over 1,100 sq ft) and layout make it extremely comfortable. The open design, along with floor-to-ceiling windows at the front of the apartment, allows for excellent natural light and offers spectacular views—especially at sunset. There are many more reasons, but these summarize why it is truly worth living at 850 Living.

I have been a resident at 850 Living for the past two years, and my experience has been consistently positive. The management team at 850 Management is responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the property is well maintained, and communication is always clear and respectful.
The community itself is clean, safe, and well organized. I appreciate the overall atmosphere and the effort management puts into ensuring a high... standard of living for residents. It has been a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

Living at 850 Living has been an absolute pleasure, I have lived in other communities before and you can really tell the difference the care the team shows to not only the community itself, but to its residents. The office staff, Carlos, Kevin and Adriana are always very kind and welcoming whenever I have any questions related to my apartment. They truly take the time to ensure you fully understand everything and always extend a helping hand. Same can be said for the maintenance team, Yasmany... and Marcos are very quick to respond to service requests and are constantly looking for ways to improve the community. I am very happy to call this place my home and intend on staying here for a good while!
