The management team at 850 Management is responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. The community itself is clean, safe, and well organized. I appreciate the overall atmosphere and the effort management puts into ensuring a high... standard of living for residents. It has been a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

I am sharing this feedback because I believe in the potential of 850 Living, and I want to give you the opportunity to address these issues internally before I consider sharing my experience in a public review.
As I mentioned, Carlos, Kevin, and the staff are great, and I know that with the right resources, they can bring this property up to the standard we all expect. Currently, the community needs help to get back on track, and I would much rather see these issues fixed now than have to post... a negative review later.
My main priority is seeing the green areas and landscaping fixed. It doesn’t matter which company is hired to do it; what matters is that the work brings real value back to the property and restores the hygiene and beauty of our home.
I am offering this feedback in good faith, hoping that management will provide the staff with the resources they need to make these improvements. I look forward to seeing the property return to the high standard that matches the rent we pay.

5 YEARS IN THE BUILDING TALE THE STORY OF A GREAT PLACER TO LIVE
i have been in the building for almost 4 years, entering into my fifth year, and finally the building is in good hands. Since the new people took over the building i have seem a tremendous amount of improvement in every aspect. Their professionalism is at the highest level. The building has become a great place to live and finally has reached the level of what a luxury living is all about.
