You also get direct access to a covered patio area with an air fryer oven, extra sink, and outdoor dining setup.

The backyard is one of the best parts — fully fenced tropical oasis shared with other residents. Stock tank pool, hammock, ping pong, firepit, workout equipment, lots of plants, and generally a chill friendly atmosphere. People here tend to say hi, help each other out, and respect the shared spaces.

Street parking is easy/plentiful.
