5+ lease - $2600/month (plus electricity and internet) or $2800/month inclusive, 3-5 month lease - $3000/month, 0-2 month - $3200/month. 10 month lease maximum.
First & last month rent deposit required plus $1000 security deposit.

You don't have to arrive on the first or leave on the the last day of the month. Prorate will be calculated depending on the case and availability.
