Only 2 blocks from the beach, the rent includes all utilities (electric, water, gas, telephone, Direct TV and high-speed internet). True to its Mid-Century origins,... our condo is fully furnished and decorated with vintage modern furniture. This renovated, MiMo style condo is located on the second (top) floor and is a corner unit. You'll enjoy warm natural lighting with large windows and wood floors throughout. The fully-equipped, open-concept kitchen features a slate counter top and bar seating. The large living room/dining room has a big screen 52” flat panel TV. Bedroom and bath linens are included.

The building is a garden style building (only 12 units) two short blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. This Miami Modern building has its own laundry facilities and plenty of on-street parking. A residential permit may be required.

ABOUT FABULOUS NORTH BEACH
North Beach is home to MiMo short for Miami Modern It's a funky 1950's and 60's architectural style. Whimsical boomerangs, zig zags, swirls and perforations found in this post-war architecture represent the optimism of the period. The North Beach area has recently been designated a historic district to pay homage to its several famous MiMo monuments. This popular area of Miami Beach is known for being more quiet and relaxed with a more adult nightlife.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS
From our condo you can walk to beach and swim in the Atlantic Ocean or catch some rays on the sand. Our condo is walking distance to many restaurants, outdoor cafes, coffee shops, as well as supermarkets, shopping, tennis courts and the famous Byron Carlyle Theater (now being restored). Our condo is also a short walk to the world-famous Canyon Ranch and the hip Normandy Village, popular for it's style and lifestyle shops, awesome outdoor cafes, fine dining and outdoor farmer's markets/festivities. A public youth center offers classes, events, tennis and more. In addition to the abundance of shopping and dining, you'll find a public library two blocks away. And mass transit offers easy access to take you to world famous Lincoln Road or Ocean Drive to savor the unique nightlife or style/ambiance it has to offer.

A SHORT DRIVE AWAY
Our condo is also a short drive to the posh Bal Harbour and just minutes to North Bay Village, Aventura, Sunny Isles, North Miami, Lincoln Road and South Beach. It is also a short commute to areas like Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Coconut Grove. Read More
