Do NOT Rent Here – Unfair Charges, Ignored Complaints, and Terrible Management
I strongly advise anyone considering Via Tuscany to look elsewhere. My experience here was nothing short of frustrating and infuriating.
Management is completely unresponsive and dismissive when real issues arise. A defective shower door took nearly 90 days to repair, and afterward, they tried to charge me for the repair—with no warning, no lease justification, and no explanation. When I questioned it, they sent a... baseless 3-day eviction notice and then refused to communicate further.
Upon moving out, they slapped on bogus charges including $100 for carpet cleaning with absolutely no photos, proof, or explanation. When I continued to ask for clarity or dispute the charges, the office told me they would “no longer assist” me. In other words, they ignore tenants as soon as you push back.
I’ve had to file a formal complaint with the local housing authority over their behavior. They are not interested in fairness or professionalism—just getting your money and shutting you down if you challenge them.
If you value communication, transparency, and being treated like a human being—not a dollar sign—do not rent at this property.

Once you’ve signed the lease, be prepared to pay!! Save yourself the money, pain, and anguish and avoid Via Tuscany Apartments!

Beware
These people sent me to collections for $350 for an application fee that I did not complete……. Pretty bad business! Glad I didn’t rent from them who knows what other unethical things they do

Nice Place - Great Stay - Bad vacate experience
We had a very nice 7 month stay @ViaTuscany It was during or at our exit / vacate that a variety issues happened. Miscommunications, poor communications, retaining a portion of deposit Via Tuscany through their actions and communication made it obvious that they do not value good tenants that are leaving
