From the outside looking in the apartments look great , but when you take the time to tour the place you notice the amount of trash that surrounds the trash bins . At night tenants play loud music or are in the hallways smoking cigarettes and having conversations on the phone for hours right outside your door . Unfortunately management is afraid to talk to these type of tenants and nothing is done about it . Used to be nicer apartments a few years ago but it’s been going downhill by the day .

Unfortunately the maintenance here is just terrible. I rented for 1.5 years and in that time I had:

- air conditioning break twice (first time took 8 days to fix...in the summer....it was 93 degrees. Management would not help with hotel costs and did not discount rent during this time, because they said 93 degrees was still "livable" and going to a hotel was "unnecessary"
- dishwasher break and started smoking (took over 3 MONTHS to fix, hello fire hazard. That was with me reminding them 2-3... times a week)
- washing machine malfunction and flood the entire apartment (management gave us a super hard time about covering the damage costs, it was their appliance. We had insurance but did not appreciate the extra stress)

The maintenance personnel themselves are nice and try to help, but the management is incredibly rude and really slows things down. Read More

They'll block you from reapplying or renewing your lease, I assume for no reason since they refuse to tell me. First my neighbors and now me. I know they don't legally have to explain but they'll act like you're the perfect tennant and then leave a letter on your door asking you to leave. No clue as to why.

I absolutely love this community! Everyone is friendly, and it's in a great area, very close to all the restaurants and shops!
