Roaches. Bad management. Pool has been closed for 3 years. Trash piles up for weeks. Loud people, leaky windows, paper thin walls. I can hear my neighbor when he uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. Property manager yells at children for playing outside. ROACHES. Parking is an issue. One of my toilets keeps flooding my floor and since it always stops when they come to check it "it's fine". My AC has been in and out for weeks and they try quick fixes rather than put money into... replacement. ROACHES. I have never written a review before but the horrible living conditions in this place have to be made known before people make the mistake of moving here. This website would not allow me to insert my entire review, so I had to shorten it.

This place is a dump. Everything from the structures to mechanical systems (AC) are in dire need of replacement. Notice I didn't say repair. They make quick patches to things that obviously need replacing. It's obvious that the new owners do not want to... spend money on any significant repairs or replacements as if waiting for a tax credit to do so.

The AC units are extremely old and the roach infestation is astounding. No care is taken by this new owner and the office manager says what you want to hear and does nothing once you turn back and leave.
