This place going down hill rent goes up but they don't do or fix anything!!

Please no one ever move here unless it's a last resort like me. The guy who was hired to repair things(he does not work here/live here anymore) was doing a 'security check'(with a gun and spotlight 2015) and informed me(a resident)and my little sister(a guest)that there was a resident peeping Tom and that German roaches run free and uncontrolled. And to always leave my ac unit set to 65... to cold because the roaches would take over..a year later they did. I had roaches coming out of the roof.... And the carpet.and from under the apartment)Main office is always closed. A resident (she's super cool)locks the laundry room. 'Jo'the manager owes me and haob money and her office is always CLOSED. I'VE LIVED TWO(almost 3 yrs) YEARS WITH ONLY SEEING HER TWICE. I try to speak to her and see a closed sign in her window. Rent goes up because they put red mulch down on everyone's front yard.but skipped the yards that don't show or yards like mine because I've spent countess hours making my yard look like I actually live here and doing landscape. My house has cabinets that are rotten and stink but when I try to ask for a fix the office is closed.only time office was open was when I was paying money that I'm still owed back.every unit is updated but mine. My floor has a weak spot that is about to fall in. Roach problem .Roach problem was only handled when my dad gave me poison to put down MYSELF.'PEST CONTROL INCLUDED' BUT YOU CAN NEVER ASK FOR PEST CONTROL CUZ OFFICE IS CONSTANTLY CLOSED! but new residents have the bug man spraying their house. This place is a dump.don't move here unless you really have to. Doors are hollow in the middle of them is cardboard that has BLACK MOLD. My whole apartment stinks like mold and now I know why.the cardboard that stuffs these doors has black mold.you can die from black mold. Read More
