We have personally done many new build constructions and know the process and what to look for when choosing the right builder. Justin Luke’s journey to becoming a top realtor began when he moved to Brevard County at a very young age, considering himself a native. He has been serving the Space Coast area since 2010 as a realtor. He attended middle school & high school at West Shore Jr/Sr High School in Melbourne, went to college at the University of South Florida in Tampa and received a bachelor’s in economics. Then moved back to the Space Coast and went on to earn an MBA in accounting & finance at FIT - Florida Institute of Technology. He always had a passion for the Space Coast real estate market from a young age. With tons of transactions under his belt and the knowledge acquired through those transactions. Living in the area since 2002 and exploring every area of our county gives clients a peace of mind. Kaitlin Bertino’s journey to becoming a top realtor began on a flower farm in Upstate New York, she developed a strong work ethic that carried her through a varied career in business, finance, and real estate. After earning an accounting degree from Southern Vermont College, Kaitlin ventured into entrepreneurship, owning a car dealership in New York for 15 years before transitioning to the global transit sector. Her passion for real estate ignited in 2014 during her own house hunt in Brevard, Florida, leading her to establish herself as a leading realtor in the area. Since then, she has earned numerous accolades, including New Agent of the Year for Central Florida, Top Agent of 2023, and recognition as one of the Top 300 Agents of the Space Coast Association of Realtors. With a comprehensive array of certifications—including AHWD, CREN, PSA, REI, SFR, and SRES. Kaitlin’s success is driven by her commitment to her clients and her expertise in the industry.
