Management and Building is poor
Management is combative, refuses to deal with issues stated in the lease, and lacks professionalism. They are GREAT at sales but fall very short at property management and leadership skills. The apartments have very little insulation. you can hear conversations held by your neighbors. It's nice that they utilize nature, but what I was sold on is definitely not what I got. Mass turnover and zero support. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
