Amazing apartment complex!
While I was viewing apartments, I was really impressed with this complex and its management. The property was extremely well-maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-kept community with great management.

Wow! What can I say, first off I LOVE my new apartment. My fiancé and I just moved in but we found our apartment in February! First off, we were going back and forth with what 1 bedroom layout we wanted and she showed us them ALL. THEN we were thinking about maybe going with a 2 bedroom, but we ended up going with the largest 1 bedroom that they have. Which truthfully doesn’t feel like an apartment because of how incredible the layout is, it honestly feels like a house. Everything is brand new... and in the newest style which we LOVE. The overall property is gorgeous between the pool, amenities and the open area it feels like a resort. They are also extremely pet friendly, which is perfect because we have a pup who has been loving all the dogs around us! We are so excited to be in our new home

Amazing Place, Amazing Staff, Amazing Customer Service
So glad I choose Altis Promenade as my new home! Can't say enough good things about the office staff and the maintenance staff. The property and amenities are beautiful! Not to mention the color scheme.. I had to add a pop of red in my apartment.
