Una mujer con acento argentino me trató con mucha rudeza, arrogancia, altanería y descaro.
Solo fui a preguntar, le hablé muy amablemente y me trató MUY MAL.

ES UNA VERGÜENZA, un lugar que parece bonito y agradable. Ahuyentan a la gente con tan mal comportamiento.

Le dije que había hecho quedar mal el lugar.
Porque no trata a la gente con respeto. LE DIJE QUE solo era una empleada de los apartamentos, ni siquiera la dueña, por su mal comportamiento.

Eso... no me hizo querer volver. Ahora entiendo por qué hay tantos apartamentos vacíos.

Con tan mal trato, probablemente también despida a los empleados con su humillación.

Dijo que no tenía tiempo para ATENDERME porque estaba sola, que no tenía personal para ATENDERME ni para limpiar. ¡Qué mala experiencia! Es la primera vez que tengo esta mala experiencia y este mal trato en un lugar que DEBERÍA OFRECER BUEN SERVICIO.
Le dije que no iba a pedir que me dejaran vivir gratis solo para recibir un servicio tan pésimo.

Todos merecen respeto.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! My husband and I needed some where to stay after finding out about my preganancy and couldnt buy a house immediately. Through our entire lease, we have paid for amenities that are non existent, such as security (there is shooting every month in the neighborhood), gates (has never worked and no attempts to fix either), and Pool is ALWAYS closed. The following year, we had no choice but to renew our lease and they up the rent with NO CHANGES/FIXES. We recently had a pipe burst... inside our apartment and flooded our space with 2 inches of water...our tiles shifted and the floors started to sink. We patiently waited to let them know the moment it happened in 2023! the order request would be canceled or marked as completed without NOTHING being done. No my 9 month old is crawling on shifted tiles.After waiting months they finally contacted us but made us move everything into our bedroom to fix the tiles only to wait several days with no one ever coming in to fix anything. Don’t waste your money! Roach problem. Mold in walls and water damaged. Lawn service cuts over trash. The valet trash service is a bunch of high school kids that throws the bags and leave trash all over the ground when trash bags bust. Over priced. Cheap ungraded. Vinyl roll floors cheap appliances and patch holes in walls poorly done. Don’t be fool by the model. That’s the only apartment that’s nice. Water bill is extremely high. There’s not break down of the water usage. It’s base off of how... many people are on your lease. Just ridiculous nasty. Can’t use the pool because near by people who don’t stay here uses and take over the pool. No security and gates are wide open. You will not feel safe over here. No one cleans up after there dogs . I had to call the city just to get something fixed in my unit. Not to mention I waited over a month. - [x] The new management doesn’t have any customer service skills. They are all rude and have nasty attitudes. On top of that no one ever answers the phone so save your time Theresa the property manager has the worst attitude ever so if that’s how she is then don’t expect her staff to be any better. I put in a pest control request weeks ago and still nothing and a work order months ago and nothing. When maintenance finally shows up they just cover mold, patch things and rarely do they actually... solve the problem. There’s always trash all over the complex and the maintenance isn’t doing anything to keep it clean. Plus the valet trash is a joke because they only pick up sometimes and will leave your trash sitting for days. The staff always has dumpsters overflowing with trash and there’s never any parking spaces. People line up waiting for someone to leave so they can park on a daily basis. The curent Sunny Lake staff is a much greater improvement comparing to the old Glen Apartments. Many improvements made to the property as well. Keep up the good work!
