The units are very large. Management is very friendly and always helps with any concerns I may have. Maintenance requests are handled the same day. I highly recommend Waterchase apartments and plan to stay here for the long term.

I worked with Gigi and she made everything go smoothly. She was friendly, helpful, and informative. I was approved quickly and was able to move in the next day. Been a resident for 10 years and this is the absolute WORST these apartments have been since my tenancy. If you are reading these reviews, notice how they used to be mostly positive but in the last year have been nothing but 1 star reviews. Previous posters are correct... rent was raised more in the last year than nearly the last 5 years COMBINED, all while the service has gone completely downhill. Parking has become a nightmare with no attempts by management to corral the situation. I literally... have to park in a complete other section of the complex sometimes, 3 - 4 buildings away. The other posters comment regarding the laundry machines is 100% accurate, as most machines do not work as intended 90% of the time via an app to start them. Also, pools do not seem to contain the cooling units that cool the water as the pools feel like a warm bath. Currently, I am writing this after 5 days with NO AC. A window unit was put in the living room by maintenance but it has not been working properly. The past 3 days the temperature in the apartment has reached 90 - 93 degrees while we have elderly family in town and I am concerned for their health. REPEATED calls to the office got me nowhere as I kept getting the run around on the status of the AC repairs and continued to report that the window unit provided was not working well enough. I was promised calls back with an ETA, but none came. I finally went into the office in person where I found the maintenance supervisor after FIVE days with no AC for him to tell me he didn't know when it would be fixed. It took FIVE DAYS just to get that answer. The communication from the staff is SORELY lacking and they treat you like you're the problem when you complain, or say "thanks" with little to no effort to resolve issues. I asked the supervisor to put himself in my shoes and his exact response was "I don't need to put myself in your shoes". I was asked to leave the office, and although I was told they would replace the window unit I have yet to see it. My guess is that the exchange with the maintenance supervisor hurt my chances at getting proper help. In my eyes this would fall under "retaliatory". I really used to like this place, but after some time with the new management I may be seriously considering moving after over 10 years. I would advise anyone looking for an apartment to pass on this place unless it falls under new management, or at the very least, start to see improvements in their reviews.
