I went to look at the apartments because I’m interested in moving and was invited to their movie night that was happening the same day! It was phenomenal! The staff Nina, Jeffrey,Arron, Eugene and Stephanie were so friendly and welcoming! They truly made sure that I had a great time. Stephanie even gave me a tour and a full run down on what the property has to offer! If I could give 100 stars I would!

MISLEADING Do not recommend
We were very disappointed with our experience at Ivory Lantana Apartments. We toured the exact apartment we would be getting on a Monday, went over all the qualifications and requirements, and applied that evening, knowing we met every listed criterion. Adrian assured us we would hear back within a day or two.
Days went by with no response. We called over 20 times, but no one ever answered the phones. We eventually found out Adrian had been out for several days and couldn’t process our... application. We finally received a call back late Friday evening, only to be blindsided with a denial due to a minor traffic violation on the background check — something that has never been an issue with housing before.
We had already made accommodations and purchased furniture, confident that we qualified based on the criteria discussed. The entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and felt very misleading.
Beware: If you have any type of traffic violation, dismissed case, or minor infraction - even nonviolent and irrelevant to housing don’t waste your money applying here. Their background check process seems overly strict and unclear. We expected much better service and transparency.

Poor experience
We were so excited to move here. Dog poop and pee in elevator. Fire department has to come all the time. Gave us 7 days to evict us saying our dog barks. Management will ruin this place in the near future.

My wife and I are very happy here. The management team is always courteous and ready to assist. The maintenance team are kind and get the job done when needed. The security team headed by Josh is incredible. The people that live here are personable and make it a comfortable neighborhood. Thanks to All! Regards, Frederick
