When we first came they guarantee that some of the stuff that was broken in the apartment would be fixed before we liver there... It wasnt. They did finally fix one of the things a month later. The maintenance is horrible, our ac broke and we been living in 85 degree temperature. I been weeks they can't fix it so everyday I come home to a hot and sweaty house with no solution in sight. We even got the new apt with new Appliances making extra just to have a non working ac. If you’re content with having a hot tub that will never work and ok with maintenence orders being closed without ever ever getting addressed, then you’ll be ok living here. Also, the roaches come in through the drains; dishwasher, sinks and showers; a constant battle to not be overrun by them.

The reality is that the management and front office agent treat every tenant rudely, you would think it was job qualification.

The place have become the worst to live. The new ?company managing the complex are extremely rude and disrespectful. I have lived her for 4 years and never had an issue with the leasing office employees but this ladies that are running the office are horrendous. The maintenance employees park in the car wash spots and I can't wash my car because they're always park in there. I pointed out to the leasing office employees and lady started justifying them for parking in the car wash. I told her... that I pay rent here and I'm suppose to wash my car here. She started arguing with a very? unprofessional manner and a nasty attitude. I'm very shocked to how these employees aren't trained to be courteous and respectful to the tenants when we have a valid reason for a complaint. They raised our rent 40% when we renewed the lease without much notice and then it was too late for us to find another place to live! No maintenance. Pay concession fees for valet trash even though the vendor rarely comes, if lucky they will pick up trash twice a week. Required to pay for Fetch delivery because office wll not take packages anymore. It seemed like a good idea until they lost 2 packages back to back. I will not use that shipping service anymore but am required to pay monthly for... it in my rent! Don't ever expect the hot tub to be hot. It works about 10% of the time.
