This is not a new community but the price is right and the maintenance and office team are awesome. So friendly and helpful. If the review on here is bad, it is because Jennifer takes the rules seriously so that everyone can enjoy the community. it has a beautiful lake, dog park, and a playground. This is a nice place to call home.

Moving into these apartments was the best decision I’ve made. The staff truly cares about the residents and always goes above and beyond. The property is always clean, beautifully landscaped, and very peaceful. I love how safe and welcoming the community feels. I’m proud to call this place my home!

Absolutely love these apartments!
From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The management team is friendly and responsive, the maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the place is always clean and quiet. The location is perfect—close to everything I need, yet peaceful. I feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to live!

I am a current resident and I have been living here for over a year. Jennifer truly treats her residents like family. Hurricane Milton hit us hard this week. And caused some damage to my unit . Jennifer called me to check on me from her personal phone. As soon as the storm was over, she provided us with a new unit .She was fast and efficient. I was overwhelmed and crying tears of joy. She truly saved my daughter and I. It’s truly a blessing to have a Property manager like her.There was also... other staff who came to lend a helping hand to all of the residents here who needed it. God is truly good. I highly recommend this property . Thank you from Nefertiti
