Office staff is friendly kind and will get the job done without any hesitations and maintenance team are remarkable they are always there when having to put a work order and last apt feels like a house due to living space area. I love it !!!!

The good. New apartments, clean. Nice appliances. Great new gym/pool area.
The bad. Several of the apartments are absolutely infested with insects , specifically fruit flies. The built the complex on land with poor runoff and stagnating pools of runoff water throughout the complex.
The worst: They are using especially cheap internet routers from Spectrum. Forget trying to use the internet at peak hours without marked delay and poor service. The internet is "free" , you will find out why,

We loveee these apartments they are so BEAUTIFUL and NEW DO NOT THINK TWICE and just make the move! The staff is VERY friendly and very helpful. I want to thank Holly and Alexandria they were very helpful and nice!! They made the process easy and smooth, they are very prompt in responding to questions and concerns. The team is AWESOME! The master bathroom is huge! The rooms are very spacious, so much storage space we love the balcony!! The walk in closets are huge!! We chose the 3 bedroom and we... LOVE IT! the outside is very clean, the maintenance team is also very friendly. Thank you Bridgewater grand for making our stay comfortable.

Me and my husband found this place on Apartments.com, we had no expectations what so ever. We just wanted to tour the 2x2 apartment. Let me tell you! The drive from Orlando and all the traffic was WORTH IT!!!!! We met Holly she is so kind and helped us right away. We entered the apartment and it was JAW DROPPING. SO beautiful. We fell in love right away. The SPACE IS AMAZING. The bathrooms are so large even the closets and the bedrooms. The kitchen is sooo pretty amazing appliances !!!! The... balcony is most definitely our favorite! The property is still in the process of being built. But we can tell that it’s going to be outstanding. Katherine the manager was the spark of our day. Extremely helpful. And made us feel so comfortable. She answered great questions for us. Amazing over all. Highly recommend!
