BEEN HERE FOR 15 YEARS, REASONS WHY I HAVE STAYED HERE SO LONG ARE : CENTRAL LOCATION, EASY ACCESS TO I95 AND TURN PIKE, DOWN TOWN AND BEACH. SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE THERE'S NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM WITH CRIME. COMPARED TO OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA, THESE APARTMENTS ARE LARGE ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE. THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINT, CREW ARE FRIENDLY.

HORRIBLE!
worst place to live, no parking, roaches everywhere, loud 24/7, dirty, its a disaster!!!
