The manager is a rude. I will never live there again.Her attitude sucks!!! She is always grumpy and complains so much that we always used the drop box to avoid going into the office for anything!

Well my biggest annoyance from the complex was that the staff seems to be fine with the fact that people play music so loud that the walls shake, but God forbid you are 5 minutes late leaving the pool quietly you get screamed at. They ignore the major problems and harp on things that don't matter. There is no in between with the neighbors, either people who blare music and have zero respect or people who will sit on their porches and watch you WAITING for you to do something dumb that they don't... like. Front desk is insanely rude, never answering calls and when they do they act like you are bothering them. I've never had someone who I'm giving business to act so snotty to me. Not well managed. Great quite apartment complex nice outdoor pool on a hillside near the highest point in Florida (Bok tower) We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath the rooms are spacious considering to be a 900sq ft. Apartment. But, it is a very quite neighborhood very safe for kids pets are allowed and just a family neighborhood. The kitchen is small but its enough room, the bathrooms have a toilet shower/bath with a sink mirror and medicine cabinet in each. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and we have washer dryer... hookups if you don't have a washer or dryer they have a laundry mat.All in all a great apartment priced very reasonably. Read More
