I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. The administration consistently fails to respond to emails, making it extremely difficult to resolve issues or get basic information. On top of that, they’ve charged multiple unexplained fees with no clear justification. Communication overall is very poor, and it feels like residents are left in the dark. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for transparency or reliable management.

AMAZING TURNAROUND!
Back in May a new management company took over the community. My partner and I were hesitant at first and thought here we go again but were pleasantly surprised! Complete 180 from the last "company". The community is already being updated with needed improvements. After 2 years here, I'm happy to say that its on the upswing! Today, a gentleman from the new management came by my apartment to check in on work orders that were placed a LONG time ago with the old company, and completed by the new... one. He was nice and asked how everything else was. Nice to be asked and feel heard. He asked for a review so here it is. I will recommend once more based on this service and the improvements to the community!
