Starting at $1,600, including electricity, water, cable, and internet, your stay at Vintage Grove includes everything you need to feel at home! The Admin fee is refundable if your application is not approved, but it will be retained by us as liquidated damages if you fail to sign the Lease Contract, pay the Security Deposit, or attempt to withdraw or cancel.
