The building opened up August 2024 my family and I moved in August 5th. Year 1 was amazing, the manager at the time was so helpful and communicated effectively throughout the weeks from noises that would arise in the neighborhood to events happening. Whenever a vendor would be stopping by etc everything was transparent and I felt safe and comfortable. Did my apartment have issues after 3 months? Yes. Did it take 9 months to resolve with the help of engineering? Yes. But we were happy and stayed... another year. After year one, the buildings themselves declined badly in hygiene, the professionalism from new management and transparency.

Currently (August 2026 )For the past 40 days, we’ve had yellow/brown water with an egg-like odor coming from our apartment fixtures. Management initially told us this was normal. It’s now been 40 days, and the regional manager, the health department, and the county are all involved. There has been no fix and no compensation offered. When I asked about accommodations, the regional manager told me directly: “Once the issues are fully resolved, the Owner will review any accommodations it feels are appropriate under the circumstances and notify tenants accordingly.”

During this time, the building has continued to move in new residents without disclosing the ongoing water issue — something I think future and prospective tenants deserve to know before signing a lease. Especially since building 1 is currently under a boil water advisory.

I’d also encourage anyone researching this building to read the reviews critically. I have documentation showing that a manager has left a 5-star review posing as a tenant, without disclosing any affiliation with management.

In my experience, the property manager, has told me one thing verbally and something different in writing, and issues are typically passed to the engineering team rather than addressed directly by management.

My advice: do your due diligence and don’t be swayed by move-in incentives like 2 months free. Or the use of the word “luxury living” they don’t even have light fixtures installed in the apartment when you move in. Upon request maintenance can help you install lights in your apartment. This has been a genuinely awful experience I don’t want anyone else to endure.
