It’s a quiet area. I love the location. My only issue with this place is the roaches. The front desk has improved with their customer service. For the price it’s a decent place to live.

I have lived in San Mateo for four years. I feel very safe here, and I really like the design of the apartments—they are spacious, and the amenities are lovely as well. However, the carpeting in the hallways and the walls have been looking very neglected lately. This makes me sad, because it is too nice
