The unit is newly remodeled and comes with newly installed stainless steel appliances, is 10 to 15 minutes close to Disney and convenient to supermarkets, shops, restaurants at relative walking distance. The staff is great and friendly, especially Luis, he went above and beyond and had me all set up in one day. Nothing in life is going to please everyone but so far this place is great.

Maintenance has always come as quickly as they can and resolves any issues.
Laundry facilities are always clean which i appreciate.
I work nights so parking is always available in the day time but there is always a bunch of parking at night. They do require parking permits.
People do tend to smoke cigarettes throughout the halls so it does come through the ac.

I've lived here 3 years and it's gone downhill every year. Most of the washing machines are out of order . Roaches, water outages, loud neighbors, loose dogs and droppings everywhere. Constantly changing employees on property so that you can't get consistent help with issues. Centipedes and mold are rampant and the air conditioners drain their water in your own apartment keeping it at high humidity.
