Madison Waterstar Apartments: A Management Nightmare
I recently moved into Madison Waterstar Apartments in Kissimmee, Florida, and I regret every moment of it. The management here is an absolute disaster. Let me break it down for you:
1. **Incompetence**: The management team seems to have no clue what they're doing. Maintenance requests? Forget about it. They take forever to respond, and when they finally do, it's like they're fixing things blindfolded.
2. **Communication... Failures**: Trying to get a straight answer from them is like pulling teeth. They dodge calls, ignore emails, and act like they're allergic to basic communication.
3. **Hidden Fees**: Oh, the surprises! They conveniently forget to mention the extra fees until you're signing the lease. It's like they're playing a game of "Let's see how much we can squeeze out of our tenants."
4. **Security? What Security?**: The gates are perpetually broken, and anyone can waltz in. I've seen more security at a lemonade stand.
5. **Noise and Nuisance**: The walls are paper-thin. You'll know your neighbor's life story, whether you want to or not. And don't get me started on the late-night parties that management turns a blind eye to.

Love it
I just moved in, and the apartment is fresh and new which is nice but, one of my FAVORITE details is the walkability to so many stores, food and COFFEE! I love not having to leave my "bubble" and I work from home, so Waterstar is perfect! Also, the leasing team made my move in super easy and stress free which is always nice. Moving is never fun.
