The previous review is complaining about the pool hours, when the reason why they had adjusted them from 10 PM to 6 PM, is because the people consistently using them daily were leaving trash, being unbelievably loud, and having no respect for anyone else in the complex, especially screaming and having loud music playing past the closing hours of the pool. There's also never any parking if you live on the east side of the complex, so expect to park across the complex on the side towards the road... and have to walk all the way to your apartment, simply because the architects assigned to this place by the Garret Companies prioritized profits over function by quite the amount by placing a large amount of private garages and limiting regular parking spaces to few and far apart spots.

This place feels worse than living in a student complex, as people have no respect for the noise they make and/or for picking up after themselves. The leasing office personnel can be rude and dismissive when you address your issues to them.

The elevators are down consistently every week due to either an electrical surge or water damage, as the storms affect this property pretty roughly.

The actual apartments themselves, of course, have paper walls, so don't expect too much privacy. Bugs can get in and out just as easily as if your front door were wide open. I've dealt with roaches, silverfish, 3 different types of spiders, and 2 different types of ants so far, and I keep the entire apartment clean; if I don't, the bugs come in if there's even a speck or a crumb of food left for a few hours. The walls are painted with the worst quality of paint, as if you rub anything against it, and you'll leave a dusty white stain on your clothes, furniture, or other items.

If you care about your internet, expect either to have an exposed cable or worse wifi quality simply because of the fact that the coax modem plug-in is installed in a closet. This means that your router will have to sit inside a room that limits the strength of the signals, causing you to get not only a fraction of your speeds but also intermittent connections if you stream or do any real-time media.

All cabinets, drawers, counters, and vinyl floorboards already have existing damage without even having a previous tenant. There are chipped corners, gaps between floorboard panels, paint and silicone dried on top of the counters. The only saving grace for this property is the maintenance people, as they are amazing.
