I’ve lived in 6 different apartment complexes in my time here in Orlando and Domain is by far the best complex I’ve resided in. Maybe I was blessed with quiet neighbors but we hardly hear our neighbors, both upstairs and next door. The amenities are nice, there’s typically ample parking (I live near the back of the complex though, the front might be different). It is not a gated community but truly you wouldn’t know, I’ve felt far safer here than in either of my last 2 complexes WITH gated entry... . We’ve hardly had maintenance issues but when we do, they are pretty quick to respond. The only issue I’ve run into often is that the leasing office hardly ever answers their phones, so I often have to email or go in for questions. I got a new job on the other side of Orlando so we won’t be renewing but trust me when I say I wish I could just pick up Domain and place it closer to my new job.

Avoid
The new administration is a JOKE. It was good before but since I’ve moved couple months ago, all the treadmills at the gym were broken and took months to solve the problem. The pool is closed so many times during this horrible heat! Freaking noises from neighbors. Sprinklers turning on at random times when you’re trying to walk around the property. Maintenance short staffed, No more food trucks.. I could go on and on about it..

We are sorry to hear of your experience thus far with your administrative team. Our team joined Domain March 2025 with an action plan to address and resolve the concerns reported to us by our residents. One of the concerns was the treadmills in the... gym. In addition to improvements to other amenity items the treadmills were repaired on May 26th, 2025. The pool has been closed for approximately 4 -5 days for safety reasons. We understand and apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We care about our residents, and we would rather have the pool closed for a short period of time while the issue is resolved to avoid any health concerns to our residents. A vendor is scheduled to provide us with a resolution. Please be sure to report any noise complaints to our office we take all necessary steps within our power to resolve them quickly and amicably.
We send out newsletters on the 1st of each month. The information in the newsletters is our way of keeping the lines of communication open with our residents. All plans for the community, including resolved and in progress amenity items and resident events are announced in the newsletters. I hope that you will stay tuned and join us as we have a resident event scheduled each month in lieu of the Wednesday food truck. Our first resident event in April was our food truck festival I hope that you had an opportunity to attend, we will be scheduling another in the coming months. One specific item we continue to mention in our newsletters is the care and rejuvenation of our lawn. A recent decision was made to schedule the sprinklers to turn on twice per day for 5 days to restore areas that need more water due to the lack of rain. This will not be an ongoing issue the sprinkler schedule increase began last week Thursday and will conclude on Tuesday. Our maintenance is experiencing a staff shortage that began last week Tuesday when we lost one of our maintenance personnel. This was unfortunate and we sent notification to our residents advising of the potential delays in work order processing due to our temporary staffing issue. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do occur, but we work diligently and quickly to respond. We will continue to strive to improve on the areas where we fall short

Noise Level is at 100 Percent
The noise in this apartment is at 100. When I viewed the apartment, I was told that I would not hear any noise because there was a certain amount of feet between floors and that the windows were double paned hurricane windows. That was a huge lie to get me in. I can't sleep at night because the ceiling fan directly underneath my bedroom is so big that it vibrates my room. It gives my body tremors like when you get off a boat and still feel the motion of the ocean. I literally hear the humming... from the fan on my pillow. It's horrible. I also get woken up by the loud noise of people going up and down the stairs directly behind my headboard. The footsteps upstairs sound like stomping. The wall behind the kitchen sink makes loud clicking sounds sometimes. The ac is loud. The noise coming from the pool is ridiculous at times. The one and only time I went to the pool, the water looked foggy, Ewww. This community is full of dogs, so you will hear a lot of barking, but that's a walk in the park compared to everything else I have to deal with. There is more, but it's too much to type. There is no parking directly in front of my building, which I wasn't aware of until after I signed the lease. There's quite the walk to my car which is okay unless it's 90 plus degrees, rain storming, or I have stuff to carry. It's 2:30am, I'm laying on my bed, and I just heard a couple of people talking and laughing while walking up the stairs. There are also hidden fees on top of your rent such as rent processing fees, outside electricity, and garbage collection. Packages are delivered to the mailroom, so if you receive a big and heavy package that you can't carry, you will need to have someone do it for you. I have had to pay people to get heavy packages from the mailroom for me. My building has been a revolving door. I do not recommend living here. The office will reply to this saying they apologize and will contact me to help make things better, blah, blah, blah. There's absolutely nothing they will do to make it better. The attitude of the office staff is that it's apartment living and I have to suck it up.
