They described the apartment will be clean with brand new floor and new kitchen cabinet. The property manager showed us some photos for new floor, but when we moved we were surprised with Old unreasonably slippery floor that It makes us slip up every time. When we asked her after we brought a truck moving about the fraud, she said I can give you full refund. This is a scam.

It has a great location to live near close shopping centers and Disney parks. The apartment is clean and kept by the onsite maintenance crew. The neighborhood is somewhat quiet and neighbors keep to themselves. The security of the grounds still needs to be worked on.

Moved into this apartment 4 months ago. Since I don't drive, it it perfect for me because is close to stores, restaurants and public transportation. It has a pool and maintenance service its very good. All my neighbors are very friendly. Everything is at my fingertips.
