The home has its own entrance, is well furnished, has a full kitchen with granite counter tops, 3 bedrooms with queen and king size beds, 2 futons, 1 sleeper sofa, full bath with shower and tub, Movie room studio with an electric fireplace, and a back patio. The patio includes a grill, punching bag, swings, hammock and trampoline in the back yard. All rooms has remote control ceiling fans. The dining area has a large table that accommodates 10 people. The living room has a recliner sectional, Office space and electric fire place.

You will have full private access and use of the entire home. Access to the home is via an electronic lock with your own personal code.
