Beach nearby: If it wasn't enough that Jupiter is the largest estuary in the United States with 4 bodies of water, we are a short drive away from the beach to power walk at sunrise to start the day off with a peaceful and healthy morning away from devices and back home in time to shower and get to work.

Moving in: They put... cones out to have your moving truck space in advance.

Move-in condition: I generally do a cleaning post-move in and was surprised just how perfected maintenance had this unit.

Maintenance: Three call-ins, three fixes within 12 hours. Truly outstanding.

Landscape: Shaded, walking areas all around, consistently maintained.

Walkability/access: Walking distance to free concerts, a baseball field (you hear no noise here in the complex), shopping, medical, grocery, restaurants, etc.

Community: Roman and Dina, fellow residents filled with kindness, have regular meet-ups for new and existing neighbors in the community from Miami Dolphin tail gates, ping pong, bread-making, etc., they make everything engaging.

Security: I've never seen anything suspicious and I cannot say this for other rentals in the area. Also, they offer APP access to everything as it all requires resident only security.

Ease of parking: Plenty of garages and if no need, a lot of parking spaces.

Carwash with overhead shade and free industrial vacuums:

Poolside: Two gorgeous pool areas and one can be reserved for parties.

Work from home friendliness: Built in area for your stand-up or sit-down desk, good sound construction in the walls for privacy.

Gym: Well-ventilated with 9 ceiling fans you can turn off/on individually, free weights, a weight rack, mats, balls (medicine, slam balls, etc) , treads, stair climbers, upper/lower machines, TVs, cubbies for your items, card access only for safety, well-ventilated, and VERY CLEAN.

Large dog park space fenced-in with a bench to sit on and relax.

Apartment: Bright natural light with multiple windows to keep your energy bill low and less turning lights on all day.

The property has terrible mold issues that they refuse to deal with. The units are half way repaired when moving in, the paint is all over the floors, the cabinets, and switch plate covers, the flooring is cheap and scratches easily, appliances are old. My building wasnt even level as doors wouldnt stay open.

I have never in my life met such a coward as the guy who manages this property. He will refuse to deal with an issue, never returns phone calls or emails, will not tell you who his boss... is. They go through staff at the office quickly. Read More

Beautiful apartment complex in an excellent location. Everything is very clean, well-maintained, and updated. Nikita is amazing, and she made the touring and application process so easy! Very happy with The Sophia.

Our apartment at Sophia Abacoa is gorgeous. Staff left welcome gifts on the day of our arrival. We have had NO bugs/pests, no problems. Lovely lay-out, incredibly responsive maintenance team.

The staff at Sophia made our transition from California to Jupiter seemed almost seamless. They were professional, patient, and friendly. The Sophia is everything they promised and more. Clean, quiet, well maintained, and friendly. Living at Sophia at Abacoa feels like you're on vacation at an exclusive resort. We love living here and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
