They will show you the best unit they have. Then they will tell you it is no longer available. They have no regard for others time.
No clubhouse on the property. Amenities left a lot to be desired. I spoke with residents who told me of frequent theft due to the lack of security. No gates at all. Walls are paper thin we heard other units while we toured.

I am so angry at this current facility! We have been treated horribly as tenants. Loud construction all day, people’s cars vandalized, the workers speed like maniacs and laugh when they almost hit small kids and families. They jacked the prices up so high people have been moving out non stop leaning endless mounts of trash behind. Don’t move here or at least speak to a resident. We are all fed up!

It's loud! Parties go on until 2 am.

Cell phone service is HORRIBLE!!

The interior walls are super thin. I can hear my neighbors peeing in their bathroom. Absolutely no privacy.

MAJOR construction going on. Expect early morning sawing and hammering. Including weekends

As a resident of Floresta I have on occasion need maintenance work to be performed on our unit.

My experience with Bill and his staff has always been exceptionally good. When ever we are in need of service either Bill or his staff, or the Girls in the office respone on a timely basis.

My family and I have never waited for a respone from Bill and staff, and every issue has always been resolved to our satisfaction each and every time.

Can't say enough about Bill, his staff and the Girls in the... rental office.

Good people doing good things, can't ask for more than that.

I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and the staff at Floresta. The apartment homes are spacious, clean, well, maintained, and exactly as advertised. The maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and professional. Neighbors are respectful and the grounds are very well kept and clean. Dog waste clean up stations are spread throughout the neighborhood. I've found that trash removal is typically an issue in larger complexes but Floresta does a great job in managing trash removal... through the valet service and via trash and recycling dumpsters in the complex. The office staff, in particular, Monique, was extremely helpful in helping us pick a layout that suited our needs, and throughout the move-in process. Monique is friendly, professional, and respectful and has been a joy to work with. Floresta is definitely one of the better values in apartment living in Jupiter.
