I love the space, my neighbors and how quiet it really is here. The staff and maintenance crew are good about helping and getting things done. I'm glad I moved here as its quick access to Southside and Town center, yet not not on the busy southside blvd road.

3.5, communication isn’t the greatest between office, as well as with the maintenance, the apartment complex needs to be cleaned, doors repainted etc

Living here has been great. I’ve been here for 1 1/2 now and I don’t have much to complain about. It’s a very quiet area, easy to use amenities , and quietness in the apartment. All the neighbors that I have seen are respectful. Staff is quick on things which is always a plus
