Save yourself a headache

moved out on Jan 1st and have still not received my security deposit, nor any written notice explaining deductions, despite multiple follow-ups. Florida law requires landlords to either return the deposit or provide written notice within 30 days, and that has not happened.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout my time there and this situation has been unnecessarily stressful. Rent was paid on time and the unit was left in good condition. I would strongly caution future tenants to...
document everything and be prepared to chase down their deposit.

Quiet, great amenities and location I was recommended to move here from a friend who has been here for a year and loves it. It is clean, quiet, and in a great location, 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores. The gym, pool, and dog park are great, and there is a pond that is great for walking around. Maintenance is very fast. I submitted a maintenance request and they came in 30 minutes and fixed it. There is always somewhere to park, and the move-in process was smooth. If you need help... just pop into the office and ask the girls at the desk! The walls are not thin, I do not here anyone else in the building. It's a great place to live.
