The apartment complex is new (summer 2024) and I have only been here for 1 month but they have a huge insect/ pest problem (around the property and within the unit). There has also been varying issues with appliances, countertops, overall build of my unit. They do tend to issues quickly but with it being a new space, there shouldn't be any problems at all.
