I’ve lived here for over a year, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apartment complex. There have been consistent issues with roaches in the unit despite numerous attempts to address the issue from us, and pest control. Weekly maintenance requests are needed for continual pest control, but despite the pest control, the problem persists throughout my entire stay with no issue to resolve. We can barely leave food on the counter on brief periods due to fear of roaches getting to it, they... live in the kitchen, hide on the fire alarm, and no matter our cleaning efforts it is a persistent issue. Traps fill up on a weekly basis, and the measures of pest control are not sufficient. We are extremely clean and this is a complex wide issue.

On top of that, the staff has been incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly often being met with indifference or unprofessionalism. Even after repeated requests, it felt like they were just going through the motions without genuinely addressing the issues at hand and going on loopholes. Maintenance guys are awesome, but leasing staff does not care much for current tenants.

I expected a lot more in terms of both habitable conditions and customer service. It’s frustrating to pay for a living space that doesn’t feel like a home due to ongoing pest problems and a lack of support from management. Sadly, I’ll be looking for a new place. The property is infested with pest and rodents, customer services is very poor, arrests and police activity are constant, and property is just dirty all around. I would avoid this place at all cost. You’d be paying premium price for below average living and be afraid to walk out of your apartment.

My entire time at this place was a complete nightmare. Trash is always blowing somewhere on the property, dog poop laying around, roach problems, loud rude neighbors, tenants letting their dogs use the tennis court as though it's a dog park, nobody stops at the stop signs night time is worse they drive even faster through them. I have had personal property destroyed, pool was closed 99% of my lease time. I had work orders that took a year for someone to fix them. Took 6 months or so to get a... trash bin for trash pick up. My ceiling was ruined from my upstairs neighbors. The list goes on.... safe yourself the trouble. This apartments are labeled luxury and there is nothing luxurious about them. This place is disgusting, there is literally someone’s garbage all over the landing. You’ll step over your neighbors half eaten food outside your door. They’re so under staffed, it takes days before someone shows up to clean up someone’s half eaten burger off the stairs. The quality of people that live here isn’t good, they’ll prefer animals to rip their trash bags apart instead of walking 20 feet to the compactor. DO NOT get trapped in a lease here.
