There are some positive aspects of this place. The village is relatively clean and quiet and people are kind. However the walls are too thin, so I could literally hear my downstairs neighbor snorting every night in my bedroom and whenever he used his subwoofer, it shaken up my apartment. Therefore, it is very important what kinds of neighbor you have once you decide to live here. Also this place had some roach problems for a while. Although it did have some positive features, I decided to move... out after a year.

Do not live here
Look for somewhere else to live. Management is an absolute hassle to deal with. Got a concussion due to the stairs and got no response to the complaint. Also, if you need help, they’re quick to get an attitude with you and will not help at all. Also will not deal with anything that requires any work at all. So like I said, you are better off finding a better place to live.

Been complaining about neighbors upstairs waking me up at 4 and 5 a.m. with headboard banging. almost DAILY. If you value sleeping at night, my advice is to get an upstairs apartment.

Great apartment!!!
I just moved to Jacksonville FL and this is our first apartment here. Friendly people who run the place and they are very attentive to detail. Super clean laundry facility's and pool. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment buildings if you need it. The grounds are well lit and it is super dog friendly. All in all this is an amazing place to live!
