The management was spot on. Carla was very patient and took care of us during the application process. The apartment was clean and updated. Location is phenomenal.

I was waiting for an apartment to become available and was told when the townhouse was available they would call us. They said it would be ready in a week. We called every week for a month then finally showed up in person where it was sold already a few days prior. The woman at the front desk was very unapologetic and rude. Will not be renting from this place ever.

Hard to beat the location of these apartments if you want to live near downtown. Just 5 minutes away from everything. Apartments are in older building but the rooms are big. Rent is affordable and easy for people not looking for extravagance in an apartment. Could use updates on bathrooms and kitchens. Management is easy to work with.

My apartment is a small jewel. Located in historic Riverside, a popular trendy Jacksonville, FL neighborhood, it is also within walking distance to Avondale an equally beautiful shopping and dining area. Not only does our complex have a sparkling, beautifully maintained swimming pool, it has an impressive dock, located on the St. John's river, for residents to fish, picnic or just watch the sunset or stars. I enjoy the intimacy of the community and neighbors seem to care about one another.
