The maintenance team is fantastic! They are always on point fix whatever needs to be fixed or replace what needs to be replaced.

I have lived here for about four months now and I'm very pleased. The property is well kept and enjoyable. The front office people are friendly as well as maintenance for being diligent.

I have lived here for the last year and now I am being told they won’t renew my lease because they need to remodel my already amazing apartment. It would have been nice to be offered to move to an already renovated apartment. I told them when I moved here, I was interested in staying for a few years and now here I am having to try to move after just 12 months. I wish they would have advised they could only offer one 12 month lease or offered to move to another apartment. I would like to thank the Management staff (Yanel, Alma, Jayla, Destiny)at the Portofino Club for their patience and willingness to assist in placing us in our new home.

We have not moved in as of this review, but they have made our transition as seamless as they can. If this is how they treat new residence, we are looking forward to many good days to come.

I would be remiss if I did not mention how the complex is undergoing a transformation, upgrading apartments, Carport painting, BBQ lounge... area, putting green, and the grounds are well manicured.

It is nice to see the owner and management team really care about the property and the people living in it. I am looking forward to continuing living here in the Portofino community and I appreciate the improvement that has been done to the property! Absolutely beautiful furniture sets and outdoor grill areas. Loving it!
