Good location and staff. Only downfall is the front elevator is down a lot, with the current down time being it’s longest. Normally, this isn’t an issue, but i’m recovering from a knee surgery and walking to the back elevator where finding parking is impossible isn’t practical, and taking the stairs multiple times a day is draining. So I just wish there would be a bit more priority on fixing elevators which seem to be down at least every other month.

I enjoyed living here when I first moved here, primarily because it was really quiet, but in the past few months, my experience turned a little bitter. Someone moved upstairs in my apartment, and they are loud, noisy, and very inconsiderate. One night, they were partying till 6 AM on a weekday without notice.I complained twice, but they are still noisy. Staff are good, and the maintenance requests are fulfilled in 1 or 2 days. Construction is not that good; you can hear the footsteps of people... upstairs, and if they have children, you can hear them running all day, and sometimes at night too. Parking is a pain if you arrive after 6 pm; you have to park far away, and if you have groceries, then it's very difficult. While my move has been less than ideal, I love the apartment, amenities and area! The staff is super helpful as well. The apartment are very well insulated for noise.
