No events have been supplied, last year we had a Memorial Day weekend party with a Dj and it was AWESOMEEEE, gave us a chance to get closer with staff and other residents

lol. just gets worse and worse each and everyday. The property is not like it was when i moved in. the property is very dirty all over, that is my main concern.

Portiva is a beautiful apartment home. The staff, Bri, was very welcoming, informative and attention to detail. She made me feel at home while taking my application and during the tour of the facility.
