Office staff is amazing. However, the building upkeep has drastically declined over the past 2 years. The stairwells often smell like dog pee and aren’t cleaned as frequently as they use to be. I had weekend visitors and I was embarrassed each time we took the stairwells. My guests even made comments about the bad smell of the stairwells.

The community is taken care of and the amenities like the big dog park are great. The maintenance staff are always great and very quick whenever I need anything.

Great location at a great price! Definitely one of my best living situations I’ve been in! Can’t wait to use the pool when it gets hot enough!!!

Super easy and nice for my first time moving. Everyone was so friendly and walked me through eveything because i was a absolute train wreck but they made the process smooth

So far it has been great! There has been a few things wrong with my apartment but maintenance does well with fixing the issues. I wish the water did get hotter.
