I am now on my third annual lease here at Pointe Parc at St Johns. I have previously lived at a few other communities in the area, and without doubt, Pointe Parc is the best and here is why.
From the friendly and welcoming office staff, to weekly landscaping and pest control, and nightly valet trash collection, the property looks clean and feels good, including the parking lots. The office staff obviously keeps things under control and the residents are well-informed, which I appreciate.
Pointe... Parc is a great place to walk, including for the dog owners who are very attentive to using the dog trash bags. I have never felt uncomfortable or unsafe as I take my daily walks. Neighbors wave as they are driving in and out of the property or say hello when they collect their mail or packages, and the school kids are very well behaved.
As it is quiet here and a good place to study, I make good use of the on-sight bus stop to the Library, the Town Center Mall and Supermarkets.
The Pointe Parc Maintenance Team deserve a shout-out! All I hear are compliments from other residents and I notice that many people me included, stop by to thank the guys for their fast, efficient service. With credit to the maintenance team, during my stay here I have seen the Pointe Parc community develop as a ‘real nice’ neighborhood. So, all in all, Pointe Parc is a pleasant five-star place to live.

Building is outdated you hear all noises. Pool never is working. It has gone downhill and the keep is poor. Stairs, walkways dirty. Trash on complex and more.,
