First - be aware older reviews were based on a previous management company. The current experience as of 5/2025 is AMAZING. I just moved in, but even based on just that, I am blown away in a positive way. The office staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. The whole process was smooth and seamless which took away all my stress. I've lived in 8 different complexes over the last 24 years and this has been beyond my expectations in every single way. The property is clean and... well-maintained. My unit was spotless upon move-in and everything functioned perfectly. It is literally the most beautiful apartment I've ever had in my life and I could not be happier. I love that the community is mature, quiet, and also hosts tons of events for residents to show their appreciation and foster the neighborhood. Although I have yet to experience the community over time, I can say that first impressions really speak for a lot. You can FEEL the difference even when you simply begin your search to request information. 10/10 from me.

Eu e minha família nos mudamos a pouco mais de 8 meses e estamos muito felizes em estar num ambiente familiar, seguro e de excelente qualidade, ficaremos muito felizes em prorrogar nosso contrato ao término do mesmo pois satisfação é o que eu e minha família temos em relação ao PickWick flats pois estamos tendo uma experiência muito satisfatória.

Unsafe and Inconsiderate management
I would not recommend living here! To shorten everything I was threatened by a neighbor and they did nearly nothing to remedy the situation. It was not treated like a serious situation. If you are looking for a safe, reliable place to live, this isn't it.

Best Kept Secret
I love living at Pickwick Flats. It is a nice community tucked away off of San Jose and it is very quiet and peaceful. I really enjoy the area and the other residents that I've met.
Jennifer does a wonderful job managing the property and helping all of the residents with their needs. Thomas is an amazing maintenance man! He is quick to respond to requests and always does a fantastic job getting everything completed.
The events that take place each month are great. The Apartment Life team... does such a great job of having a variety of events and keeping things fun. They are a wonderful way to meet neighbors and make new friends. I would recommend Pickwick Flats to everyone I know!

Awesome
My family and I moved to Florida just over a year ago and found Pickwick Flats. It had everything we were looking for. No stairs (thankfully with no neighbors up/down from us), 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, and very clean property. We love the apartment life team and all the events that they have. They really put a lot of time and effort into making these events special. We feel that there is a real sense of community here and have formed lasting friendships. We... consider them our family away from family. Love living here at Pickwick!
