Thier commitment to keep this place looking beautiful and safe. They are always ready to help anyone that needs them with food assistance information or information for rental assistance an, I'm blessed to have them on my team. Hoping that Franklin Street sees this and know what a Gem they have. please help them understand they... are loved and appreciated.

apartment was filled with roaches, air conditioning never worked, maintenance were very lazy would not recommend

only reason I stay is good lucking finding a better property manager
It's an older property, but our property manager Arlinda, has done an excellent job updating the place, and ensuring any repairs/maintenance requests are quickly addressed. She advocates fairly for all of the people living in the complex, and makes sure her residents stay safe and happy. I've lived here a couple years and would gladly stay several more with Arlinda as our Property manager. Her position is under-credited. Because of her, the place has really shaped up!

Great Place
I am very new in Park Place but so far since I moved 3 months ago, I find it so nice and confortable everything is so close, winn dixie, walmart, the gym, the beach and my job. Plus the apartment is so big compared to other I looked before, I look forward to staying here until I buy my own house.

Love my apartment and community here! :)
So happy to have a new management, I've lived here for almost 5 years now and I love it, neighborhood is so quiet and safe. Plus new management has made so many improves to the complex, much cleaner and better maintenance service.
